Shipping policy

At DryShine, we want to offer our customers the best possible service. In most cases, your package will arrive within 48 business hours of your order. We will provide you a tracking number as soon as possible. However, please note that in some cases, like holidays, our team may take up to 3 working days to prepare your order. Then the shipment will also take a few days.

If for some reason our shipping partners cannot reach your area, we will gladly refund the full amount of your order.

If there is a clear error message in your tracking number after several days, please contact our customer service so that we can resend your order to you.

If your order does not arrive within a few days of the working day deadlines stated in our shipping policies, please contact customer service so they can discuss with you about this issue.

Please note that Dryshine is not responsible for customer errors in their addresses or in their order. If this is the case, please contact customer service to try to accommodate you, but we do not guarantee that this will be possible, particularly if your order has already been processed.

If your case is not mentioned above and your order has already been processed, please note that it will not be possible to cancel or refund your order.
